Some customers might see a dialog window when attempting to install their iolo product, prompting to uninstall SCU (iolo's System Checkup application) and it simply means it needs to be uninstalled before your iolo product can be properly installed. If you have not seen the dialog window, the steps that follow are still valid for the uninstall of System Checkup.


  1. To uninstall iolo System Checkup, please navigate to the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features.
     
  2. When the panel appears, select System Checkup and then at the top of the panel click on Uninstall.
