What is the iolo My Account on 2checkout's website?


2CO myAccount is a secured customer service that centralizes all the shopping activity for the users who have purchased iolo technologies' software or services from 2Checkout.


With the Account you can:

  • View order details and keep track of your online orders status
  • Gain instant access to your online shopping history
  • Re-download keys/codes* and download invoices
  • Manage your subscription payments
  • Renew the subscription of the purchased software when it expires
  • Find support contact details such as phone and email addresses of software publishers
  • Download the installation files of the purchased software



How do I sign into my iolo Account?


From the iolo technologies website

  1. From the iolo technologies web site, click My Account in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. From the main Account page, if you already have an account click the Login now button under Already have an account, enter your information and click Login
  3. If you do not have an account, enter your order number or email address that you used when placing the order and click Submit. You will be sent an email with instructions for logging in.


From your order confirmation email

  1. From the iolo technologies payment receipt email you received after purchasing your product, click on the link under Manage Your Account or under Change your automatic renewal settings., 
  2. Once you are at the Account website, login to view and change your settings. 
  3. If you do not have an account to log in with, enter your order number or email address that you used when placing the order and click Submit. You will be sent an email with instructions.


Navigate directly to the Account website

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://www.iolo.com/myaccount/.
  2. Follow either of the above instructions for logging in or creating your account.


Note: You may optionally choose to stay logged into your iolo Account for a brief period by selecting Keep me logged in for one week unless I sign out.

To reset your (2checkout) iolo My Account password:

  1. Navigate to https://secure2.iolo.com/myaccount/

  2. Under Already have an account, click Login now

  3. Under Login, click on the Forgot your password link.


  4. Type your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email with a secure link to set a new password.



I have lost my licensing information. How do I retrieve it?

  1. To retrieve your product information, access your Account and go to the "My Products" section to find the license codes for your purchased products. 
  2. If you cannot locate your product, you can request assistance from iolo Customer Care by submitting a ticket at the iolo technologies Customer Care Portal



How do I edit my billing address?


To edit your My Account billing address:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Select View or modify account information.
  3. Under My Billing Address select Edit this billing address.
  4. Enter your new billing address, when you are finished click Update.


To remove your My Account billing address:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Select View or modify account information.
  3. Under My Billing Address select Remove this billing address.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the removal.


Note: Removing your billing address without adding a new one will interfere with further purchases and subscription renewal.



How do I update (add or delete) my credit card information?


  1. To update the credit card details for a subscription, login to your Account  and access the “My Products” section.
  2. Access the "Update credit card info" link.
  3. Enter the new card details or select one of the cards already available in your account.
  4. In the "Payment Methods" section of your account, you can add new cards, update expiring ones or simply remove all the cards associated with your 2CO myAccount.



How do I change my email communication preferences?


To edit your email communication preferences:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Click the View or modify account information link.
  3. Under My Communication Preferences click Edit communication preferences.
  4. Select the Email Subscriptions you wish to receive, or to cancel a subscription, clear the corresponding box. When you are finished click Update.



How can I stop subscription payments (cancel automatic renewal)?


If you purchased a subscription with automatic renewal, you will be informed at least 7 days before it expires about the date of the upcoming charge and the amount you will be charged. You can stop automatic renewals anytime by simply logging into the My Products section of your Account and clicking the "Stop automatic license renewal" link beneath each product with this option enabled.



How can I make a change to an order I placed on iolo technologies web site?
