This issue occurs by design when the History setting in Firefox Privacy & Security settings is configured as Never remember.
The reason is that when Firefox is in private mode, or when "Never remember" History mode, this does not allow to use the local storage of the browser which affects the storage for ByePass as well.
We are working on an update to add a notification to alert the user not to use Firefox in this mode. To set the mode back to the browser default of Remember history, navigate to Options > Privacy & Security > and under History set Firefox will to Remember history.
