After signing up on the iolo Customer Care Portal and attempting to login to your account you see a message stating you are not authorized to access the portal.
You are not authorized to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.
This occurs because your account is not yet verified (activated). In order to activate your account, please click on the link in the activation email you were sent.
If you have not received your email, please perform the following:
- Check your junk or spam folder in your email client.
- Select Forgot your password on the Login page to have it resent to you.
- Call technical support to look up your contact information and resend the activation email.
