- Log into the support portal to view your tickets and from the top menu select Tickets.
- Select your ticket under Open or Pending. If you do not see your ticket, select the arrow next to Open or Pending and select All Tickets.
- Select the ticket you created the survey response in.
- To the right, select Changed your mind? Rate us again.
