Action cannot be completed

ByePass keeps giving the message "Actionn cannot be completed" when I try to sign in.

Might have to reset your account but we only do that as last resort since it deletes our entire ByePass account. Ill create a ticket from this post and assign to an agent to work with you on getting more info and resolving. Im going to mark this as the answer for now.
