I recently purchased Iolo's Malware Killer. Every time I click on Scan in Malware Killer, my deskto pc gets a blue screen. I contacted DELL and their technical support person checked out my PC remotely. We have not found any issues with my PC except that executing Malware Killer results in a blue screen.
Can you help me?
